Conditions of Use

1 . Ordering at Online Store www.mix-plast.pl constitutes acceptance by the Customer under the rules for the sale of these rules and the Customer agrees to abide by the rules contained therein.

2 . From the Store offers can be used by anyone who has the ability to perform the legal actions.

3 .Ceny goods are denominated in PLN and include VAT but exclude shipping and handling orders.

4 .For the provided shipping is always accompanied by a document delivery and sales.

5 .Płatności can be interpreted as follows:

a. Cash - claim must be submitted to the courier on delivery.

b. Bank transfer - the transfer must be sent to the account specified on the Store. Shop initiate the procedure for the order after finding equivalent effect on account of the order. For the transfer, in the title , please quote your order number. Be aware of the time necessary for the flow of funds to the account of the store and make a bank transfer in advance.


6 . Order constitutes an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of the offer by the content of the statement made by the shop.

7 . Orders will be delivered at the address indicated by the Customer via the courier KOLPORTER EXPRESS K-EX and sevens

10 . Complaints include defects in material and workmanship. No goods shall be subject to a complaint mechanically damaged or destroyed as a result of the operation. Defective goods, please send to the company Mix-Plast. A prerequisite for consideration of the complaint, to provide proof of purchase . Within 14 days the customer will receive a refund for defective goods, or be informed of the non-recognition of the complaint.

11 . Data protection:

a. The data provided during the registration and ordering online store www.mix-plast.pl are used exclusively for the execution of these orders, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz. U. No. 133, item. 883) and will never be shared with other entities.

b. The customer has the right to inspect their data, to modify and to demand their removal from the database.
